Greg Dowling is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Research at FEG. Greg joined FEG in 2004 and focuses on managing the day-to-day activities of the research department. Greg chairs the firm’s Investment Committee, which approves all manager recommendations and provides oversight on strategic asset allocations and capital market assumptions. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team and Risk Committee.

Eric Rosenthal is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Machine Investment Group. Prior to founding Machine in 2020, Eric served as a Managing Director at Garrison Investment Group, where he led real estate originations across Garrison's debt and equity strategies. While at Garrison, Eric was a member of the Investment Committee and held investment and asset management responsibilities across the firm’s structured finance and special situation businesses. Eric has extensive experience investing across primary and specialty real estate asset classes, including the acquisition of distressed debt. Prior to joining Garrison, Eric worked at Gramercy Capital Corp., a publicly traded specialty finance REIT, where he worked on debt originations and distressed workouts across all major property sectors and capital stack positions.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. Eric is a Trustee Emeritus of the Potomac School in McLean, Virginia and is a member of several real estate industry trade groups and non-profit initiatives.
