Our culture is shaped by our values and describes what we care about. It is what we believe, how we work, and how we achieve. To this purpose, FEG maintains a culture focused on respect and excellence.
Respect
We create trust by treating everyone with respect through open communication and dignity.
Excellence
We aim for excellence in everything we do by tapping into each team member’s entrepreneurial spirit and pride of ownership.
Diversity and Inclusion is a core element of FEG’s culture of respect and excellence. We know a diverse group of professionals will achieve better results than a homogeneous one. We believe an inclusive environment fosters a happier and more connected workforce, which ultimately leads to better outcomes and value for our clients.

FEG is proud to partner with the following organizations:
FEG is committed to firm-wide community involvement, as this is a natural extension of our work in supporting our clients’ fulfillment of their specific missions. Community involvement helps us understand the work many of our clients do and assists us in staying in touch with our shared values.
We actively contribute our time, talent, and resources in support of many important causes:
Our employees assembled nearly 500 summer Power Pack boxes for children in need.
The Power Pack program feeds more than 4,000 children in 95 participating schools each week. The children are primarily between the ages of 6 and 12 and live in Greater Cincinnati.
We volunteered 71 hours to reach 307 students as a part of the Student Enterprise (StEP) program.
StEP teaches financial literacy, business education, and entrepreneurship through a school store activity for students in grades 3-5 in local elementary schools.
FEG is proud to act as an advocate and help raise funds to find a cure for brain cancer.
We have been an annual sponsor of the Walk Ahead for a Brain Tumor Cure event since its inauguration in 2010.
