Ross Berstein

Ross Bernstein is Associate Vice President of Systems & Data Management at FEG, where he leads initiatives focused on enterprise technology, data strategy, reporting infrastructure, and operational efficiency. With deep expertise in software development, database administration, systems architecture, and business process automation, Ross plays a key role in supporting FEG’s internal technology platforms and data-driven decision-making capabilities. He has also been instrumental in advancing reporting, portfolio analytics, and portfolio management systems that support FEG’s investment operations and client service teams.

Throughout his 30-plus year career, Ross has led projects involving database migrations, data integrartion, systems integration, workflow modernization, and secure application development. He is highly proficient in Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, .NET development, MATLAB integration with websites, Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and enterprise reporting solutions. His collaborative leadership style emphasizes thoughtful problem-solving, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
