Ross Bernstein

Ross Bernstein is Associate Vice President of Systems & Data Management at FEG, where he leads initiatives focused on enterprise technology, data strategy, reporting infrastructure, and operational efficiency. He works closely with teams across the organization to support FEG’s technology platforms, data management capabilities, and business intelligence initiatives. His expertise in systems architecture, software development, and process automation helps strengthen the firm’s ability to leverage data and technology in support of its strategic objectives.

With more than 30 years of experience, including more than three decades at FEG, Ross has led a wide range of technology and data-focused projects, including application development, database administration, data integration, systems modernization, and workflow automation. He has played a significant role in advancing reporting, portfolio analytics, and portfolio management systems that support FEG’s investment operations and client service teams. Prior to joining FEG in 1994, Ross served as a Systems Administrator at Standard Textile Company, where he maintained and enhanced AS400 production and development systems and related software environments.

Ross earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He currently contributes to a variety of technology and operational initiatives focused on innovation, security, process optimization, and long-term platform strategy. Passionate about emerging technologies, Ross is particularly interested in the application of artificial intelligence and automation tools to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies and continuing to learn about advancements in the technology landscape.
