Keith Berlin
Director of Research - Global Fixed Income
Keith Berlin is Director of Research – Global Fixed Income at FEG, where he helps lead the firm’s fixed income research efforts and supports investment decision-making across client portfolios. With 30 years of investment experience, including more than 25 years at FEG, Keith is responsible for evaluating fixed income markets, investment managers, and opportunities across traditional and alternative credit strategies. He works closely with FEG’s Portfolio Management Team to support portfolio construction, manager selection, and ongoing investment oversight.
In his role, Keith collaborates with research and advisory teams to provide insight on interest rates, credit markets, private credit, and broader macroeconomic trends that may impact portfolios. His experience combines market analysis, manager research, and portfolio management perspectives, helping identify opportunities and risks across the global fixed income landscape. Through his research, he supports investment decisions that help clients navigate changing market environments.
Prior to joining FEG in 2000, Keith worked as a Money Markets Trader at Fifth Third Bank and as a Research Analyst at Schaeffer Investment Research. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky. Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with family and following financial markets and economic trends.
