Kathryn Mawer, CFA, CAIA
Managing Director
Kathryn Mawer is a Managing Director at FEG and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. She partners with clients to develop and implement investment programs that support their long-term objectives, providing guidance on portfolio strategy, governance, portfolio construction, and ongoing investment oversight. Kathryn works closely with organizations to navigate complex investment decisions while aligning portfolios with broader organizational goals and priorities.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Kathryn leads strategy for FEG’s OCIO business, with a focus on growth, scalability, and delivering a high-quality client experience. She brings a broad perspective to investment programs, helping clients address considerations such as governance, spending policy, peer benchmarking, and investment-related operational strategy. Her leadership role also includes helping shape the firm’s long-term strategic direction and client service approach.
Kathryn serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio, and is a member of PEO (Philanthropic Educational Organization). Her experience advising institutional investors and helping organizations align investment decisions with mission-driven objectives supports her work with clients and leadership responsibilities at FEG. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, and music. She is also a classically trained harpist.
