Kathryn Mawer
Managing Director
Kathryn Mawer is a Managing Director at FEG and a member of the firm’s leadership team, where she advises institutional investors on portfolio strategy, governance, and long-term investment planning. She works closely with foundations, endowments, healthcare systems, and other mission-driven organizations, helping clients navigate complex investment decisions while supporting broader organizational goals.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Kathryn leads strategy for FEG’s OCIO business, with a focus on growth and scale and delivering an exceptional client experience across the platform. She has a thoughtful approach to broader enterprise considerations, including governance, spending policy, peer benchmarking, and investment-adjacent operational strategy.
In addition to her work at FEG, Kathryn serves on the Investment Committee and as a board member for McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio. She is also a member of PEO (Philanthropic Educational Organization).
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys travel, time with family and friends, and music. She is a classically trained harpist.
