W. Quincy Brown

Quincy Brown is a Managing Director at FEG and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. He focuses on client engagement and relationship management, partnering with clients to develop and implement investment programs that support their long-term objectives. Drawing on nearly three decades of industry experience, Quincy works closely with clients on investment strategy, governance, portfolio construction, manager selection, and ongoing portfolio oversight. His leadership style emphasizes active listening, collaboration, and long-term partnership.

Quincy joined FEG in 1996 as one of the firm’s first analysts, serving in both investment research and client service roles before advancing to advisor and leadership positions. Throughout his career, he has worked with a broad range of organizations and has developed extensive experience helping clients navigate complex investment decisions. He also served as FEG’s Director of Client Service, leading the teams responsible for supporting client relationships and delivering investment-related services. In addition, Quincy leads FEG’s Values Aligned Investing Team and serves on several firm committees, including BRIDGE, Diverse Managers, Culture, Business Continuity, and Technology Steering.

Quincy serves on the University of Dayton Flyer Investment Fund Advisory Board and the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati Finance Committee. He previously served as a board and advisory council member of The Know Theatre of Cincinnati. His experience across research, client service, and investment management provides a broad perspective on helping organizations align investment decisions with their missions and goals. Outside of work, Quincy enjoys spending time with family, engaging in community activities, and supporting organizations that strengthen the Cincinnati region.
