Tim O’Donnell is a Senior Vice President at FEG, where he partners with clients to develop and implement investment programs designed to support their long-term objectives. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he works closely with clients on investment strategy, governance, portfolio construction, manager selection, and ongoing portfolio oversight. Tim also serves as a member of FEG’s Values Aligned Investing Team, helping oversee investment strategies that reflect clients’ values and organizational priorities.
Prior to joining FEG, Tim worked at a Midwest-based investment management firm, where he focused on investment manager research and due diligence for faith-based and other nonprofit organizations. In addition to his client responsibilities, he serves on FEG’s BRIDGE Committee, which supports opportunities for diverse-led investment managers and broader inclusion initiatives across the firm. His experience in manager research and values-aligned investing provides a unique perspective in helping clients align investment decisions with long-term goals.
Tim holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, which he earned in 2010. He is a longtime supporter of environmental and conservation efforts and remains involved with organizations including the Hoosier Environmental Council and the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association. Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling and pursuing his passion for racing vintage motorcycles across the United States.
