Tim O'Donnell

Tim brings more than 25 years of experience advising nonprofit organizations and mission-driven institutions on investment strategy and governance. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at FEG, where he partners with clients to develop and implement investment programs designed to support and sustain their long-term objectives.

Before joining FEG, Tim worked at a Midwest-based investment management firm, where he focused on investment manager research and due diligence for faith-based and other nonprofit organizations.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Tim is an active member of FEG’s Values Aligned Investment team, contributing to the oversight and management of the firm’s values-aligned OCIO portfolios. He also serves on FEG’s BRIDGE Committee, which is dedicated to advancing opportunities for diverse-led investment managers and supporting broader inclusion initiatives across the firm.

Tim is a long-standing supporter of environmental and conservation efforts and maintains involvement with organizations such as the Hoosier Environmental Council and the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association. He earned his Chartered Investment Analyst designation in 2010.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling and pursuing his passion for racing vintage motorcycles across the United States.
