Sean Johnson

Sean partners with OCIO clients to support their operational needs and provide responsive client service. He works across the firm from client solutions to strengthening the OCIO platform, and support FEG's growth.

He brings more than 15 years of experience leading strategy, operations, finance, marketing, technology, sourcing, and business development initiatives across a variety of industries. Sean focuses on aligning teams around scalable delivery models, establishing consistent frameworks and best practices, and expanding capabilities that strengthen FEG's differentiation in the marketplace. He is passionate about helping solve complex challenges, aligning team members around a common vision, and translating strategy into meaningful results.

Sean holds a BBA, cum laude, in Accounting & Business Law from Ohio University and an Executive MBA from Xavier University. Sean is active in the Cincinnati community and serves on the Anderson Foundation for Parks and Recreation Board and the Ambassador Council for the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.
