Ross Neltner, CAIA

Senior Vice President, Advisor

Ross Neltner is a Senior Vice President and Advisor at FEG, where he partners with clients to develop and implement investment programs that support their long-term objectives. He works closely with clients on investment strategy, governance, portfolio construction, manager selection, and ongoing portfolio oversight. Ross brings a combination of investment and operational experience to his work, helping clients navigate complex decisions and align investment programs with organizational priorities.

 

Prior to joining FEG, Ross served as a Managing Consultant with Cumberland Consulting Group, where he advised organizations on strategic and operational initiatives. His experience working with leadership teams on organizational and operational challenges provides valuable perspective in helping clients address both investment and governance considerations.

 

Ross earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations and is a member of the CFA Institute, the CAIA Association, and the National Business Officers Association. He serves on the Fort Thomas Education Foundation Investment Committee and is active with the Cincinnati chapter of Vanderbilt’s CoRPs Program. Ross has been recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier “Top 40 Under 40” honoree and was inducted into the Highlands High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and staying active in his community.
