Robert Jennings

Rob Jennings is Chief Operating Officer at FEG and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. He is responsible for overseeing the departments that support client relationships and works across the organization to enhance operational effectiveness, improve processes, and support the delivery of a consistent client experience. Rob plays a key role in aligning teams and resources to support FEG’s long-term strategic objectives and continued growth.

Rob joined FEG in 1996 after beginning his career with Bartlett & Company. While completing his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati, he worked as an intern and later joined the firm’s equity trading desk after earning his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. In that role, he focused on trade execution and reconciliation activities, gaining valuable experience in investment operations and financial markets. His operational expertise and commitment to continuous improvement have helped shape many of FEG’s internal processes and workflows.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to his leadership responsibilities at FEG, he serves as Chair of the firm’s Risk Management Committee and has previously served on FEG’s Board of Directors and the board of the Greater Cincinnati Mutual Fund Association. Outside of work, Rob enjoys supporting University of Cincinnati athletics, cooking for family and friends, and exploring Cincinnati’s craft beer scene.
