Early in his career, he served as a Stock Transfer Manager, overseeing IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital markets transactions, providing firsthand exposure to corporate finance and financial markets. Throughout his tenure at FEG, Rick has remained actively involved in investment research and firm leadership, serving on the Asset & Risk Allocation Team and participating in the firm’s mentorship program. As an equity partner prior to FEG’s transition to employee ownership, he also contributed to the firm’s strategic growth and development.

He remains active in his community and currently serves as chair of the foundation of an independent school. Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, listening to and playing guitar—especially anything related to The Beatles—running, and pursuing his interest in automobiles.
