Rebecca Wood

Becky Wood serves as Chairwoman of FEG’s Board of Directors. Previously, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer, leading the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. During her tenure, Becky oversaw the delivery of investment services across the organization, helping ensure clients received a consistent and high-quality experience while supporting the development of FEG’s people, culture, and capabilities. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Institutional Services, leading the firm’s advisors and analysts.

Becky began her investment career as a Financial Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets Department at CS First Boston Corporation before joining FEG. Over nearly three decades with the firm, she partnered with clients to develop and oversee investment programs that supported their long-term objectives. Her experience advising institutional investors and helping organizations align their investment resources with their missions shaped her leadership approach and commitment to client service. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her focus on organizational excellence, talent development, and building a collaborative culture.

Becky earned a Bachelor of Science in Arts and Science from Xavier University, where she serves on the Finance Board of Executive Advisors. In addition to her role on FEG’s Board of Directors, she serves on the boards of the American Red Cross Greater Cincinnati Tri-State, the Association for Corporate Growth Cincinnati, and the Sustained Dialogue Institute. Becky is passionate about community engagement and inclusion and remains active in causes related to education, the arts, and animal welfare. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, pickleball, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her community.
