Reba Perry, SHRM-SCP

Reba Perry is Head of Human Resources and Office Services at FEG and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. She is responsible for leading the firm’s human resources strategy, talent management initiatives, and office services functions, helping ensure FEG attracts, develops, and retains top talent while supporting a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Reba also oversees office operations and facilities support, helping provide employees and advisors with the resources and environment needed to serve clients effectively.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, Reba brings expertise in human resources strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, and change management. Prior to joining FEG in 2023, she served as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Strategy at 84.51°, Vice President of People & Culture at Clubessential Holdings, and Executive Director of Human Resources at the Olberding Brand Family. Throughout her career, she has focused on aligning people strategies with organizational goals and helping organizations navigate growth and transformation.

Reba earned a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Physical Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation and serves on FEG’s BRIDGE, Volunteer, ESOP, and Retirement Committees. Outside of work, Reba enjoys traveling, improving her golf and tennis game, and exploring global food and wine cultures.
