Raj Bawa

Raj Bawa is a Senior Product and Performance Analyst at FEG, where he supports the firm’s client development initiatives through investment performance analysis, portfolio insights, and data-driven solutions. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Portfolio Management, and Advisory teams, he helps develop performance reporting and analytical tools that strengthen client relationships, support business development efforts, and enhance the firm’s ability to communicate investment results effectively.

With more than a decade of experience in the investment advisory industry, Raj brings a diverse background spanning client development, client service, and investment analytics. He has developed expertise in performance measurement, portfolio analysis, and strategic communications, helping translate complex investment data into clear, actionable insights. His work supports both prospective and existing clients by providing meaningful analysis that informs decision-making and highlights the value of FEG’s investment platform.

Raj earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University. He serves on FEG’s Volunteer Committee and BRIDGE Committee and is actively involved in the Cincinnati community through his service on the boards of Give Back Cincinnati and Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum. Outside of work, Raj enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, international travel, and exploring America’s national parks.
