Mike Dailey

Mike Dailey is Associate Vice President of Systems and Business Intelligence at FEG, where he leads development efforts that support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. He oversees key technology platforms and helps advance data governance, reporting standards, and best practices that support operational effectiveness and strategic initiatives.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning technology, finance, reporting, and business process improvement, Mike specializes in business intelligence, data analysis, system implementation, and process optimization. Prior to joining FEG, he served as a Financial Systems Analyst with Crane Co., Controller at Ellison Group, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Sight Resources. Drawing on his background in finance and business operations, Mike works closely with teams across the firm to improve how data is collected, managed, and utilized, helping transform information into actionable insights and align technology solutions with broader business objectives.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Miami University. His experience in systems development, reporting, financial analysis, and operational improvement plays an important role in supporting FEG’s technology and data strategy. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and traveling.
