Michael Franke

Michael Franke, CFA, CAIA, is a portfolio manager on FEG’s OCIO Portfolio Management team, where he is responsible for managing public markets portfolios. Since joining FEG in 2015, he has held roles spanning hedge fund research and public markets portfolio management, bringing broad experience across investment research and portfolio construction. Prior to joining FEG, Michael worked at Fidelity Investments, where he supported retail trading and Series 7 training. Earlier in his career, he held FINRA Series 7, 63, 9, and 10 licenses.

Michael earned the CFA and CAIA designations in 2016 and 2017, respectively. He has served on the Board of the CFA Society of Cincinnati since 2024, including in leadership roles as Vice President and Programming Chair.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, and playing golf.
