Michael Ciotola

Michael Ciotola is Senior Vice President, Fund Operations at FEG, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s fund operational strategy and execution. In this role, he partners closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure scalable, well‑controlled, and efficient operating models that support FEG’s investment platforms.

Michael brings more than 25 years of experience leading large‑scale, regulated investment operations across fund accounting, transfer agency, middle office, and client servicing. Prior to joining FEG, he held senior roles at Meeder Asset Management, Ultimus Fund Solutions, Citigroup, and Calamos Investments. Throughout his career, Michael has led operational transformations, complex integrations, and modernization initiatives while maintaining strong regulatory, audit, and control disciplines.

Michael holds a degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending concerts with friends. He has a wife and three children.
