Senior Vice President, Advisor

Michael Aluise is a Senior Vice President at FEG Investment Advisors, where he works with institutional clients and families to develop investment programs aligned with their long-term objectives, governance priorities, and spending needs. In his role, he serves as a partner to boards, investment committees, and family decision-makers on asset allocation, investment policy, portfolio construction, manager evaluation, and ongoing oversight.

In addition to his client advisory responsibilities, Michael serves as a liaison to FEG’s private equity research team, helping connect manager research and due diligence with practical portfolio implementation for clients. His areas of focus include governance best practices, private markets, liquidity planning, risk management, and helping fiduciaries evaluate investment trade-offs through changing market environments. Michael is active in the investment and nonprofit communities. He has served on the board of the CFA Society of Cincinnati and has supported other nonprofit organizations through past board and volunteer involvement.

He is a graduate of Miami University, where he was a walk-on member of the men’s basketball team, and he remains an engaged supporter of his alma mater. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and their four young children, playing competitive golf, and staying involved in the community.
