Lisa Golden

Lisa Golden is a Senior Proposal Analyst at FEG, where she supports the firm’s strategic growth initiatives through proposal management, business development support, and client engagement efforts. With nearly 25 years of experience in the investment industry, including more than 21 years at FEG, she partners with professionals across the organization to develop compelling responses to new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Prior to joining FEG, Lisa served as a Senior RFP Writer at Turner Investments. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in proposal management, business development operations, and strategic communications. In addition to her core responsibilities, Lisa serves on FEG’s Business Process Excellence Group, helping identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency. She is also recognized as an AI Power User and Microsoft Teams Power User, championing technology solutions that strengthen collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing across the firm.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. During her tenure at FEG, she has played a significant role in advancing employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives, including serving as Head of the Culture Committee and helping develop the firm’s Mentorship Program. She also contributed to the success of the FEG Investment Forum for more than a decade, leading external speaker coordination and serving as a primary liaison for presenters. Known for her extensive institutional knowledge, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence, Lisa is a trusted partner across the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing personal and professional growth opportunities.
