Lily Monthie

Lily Monthie is a Client Development Manager at FEG, where she partners with prospective and existing clients to support relationship management, strategic engagement initiatives, and a thoughtful client experience. She works closely with internal teams and firm leadership to help institutional investors navigate complex needs while fostering collaborative, long-term partnerships.

Since joining FEG in 2018, Lily has held roles across global equity research, values-aligned investing, client development, and client engagement. Her broad experience across the firm has given her a well-rounded perspective on the investment advisory landscape and the evolving priorities of institutional clients. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating seamless experiences for clients and prospects, and supporting collaborative solutions that align with each organization’s goals.

Lily earned her degree in Finance from Xavier University in Cincinnati. After spending a decade in Cincinnati, she returned home to Michigan, where she lives in Royal Oak with her husband, Kyle. Outside of work, she enjoys attending Tigers and Red Wings games, spending time with her 8 nieces and nephews, playing pickleball, and exploring local restaurants.
