Lauren Mayernik

Lauren Mayernik is a private equity research analyst at FEG, where she helps lead the firm’s private capital research efforts. Since joining FEG in 2017, she has supported institutional clients in sourcing, evaluating, and making commitments across venture capital, growth equity, and private equity strategies. Lauren also assists in manager due diligence and portfolio construction for FEG’s private capital fund offerings.

Lauren works closely with university endowments, hospital systems, and community foundations to help build and manage private markets portfolios aligned with their long-term investment objectives. Her areas of focus include manager due diligence and private markets research.

Lauren earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in finance from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. She lives in Utah, where she spends her free time skiing and hiking in the mountains.
