Kaitlyn Murphy

Kaitlyn is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Organizational Leadership with a focus on talent development and a minor in Business Administration.

She is an HR professional with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and building strong, people-focused workplace practices. Since beginning her career in HR in 2019, Kaitlyn has gained experience across consulting, software, and maintenance industries, developing a versatile and adaptable approach. She has been with FEG since 2022, where she supports a wide range of HR functions and initiatives.

In her role, Kaitlyn manages benefits and employee perks programs, ensures compliance, and serves as a trusted resource for employees on topics such as leave administration, payroll, and workplace concerns. She also leads full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts, using data and HR metrics to continuously improve processes. In partnership with Finance, she helps oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Kaitlyn is actively involved in fostering a strong company culture. She serves on FEG’s Ambassador Program and contributes to the Volunteer, Wellness, and Social committees, and she enjoys mentoring HR students at Miami University.
