Kaitlyn Murphy

Kaitlyn Murphy is a Human Resources professional at FEG, where she supports a broad range of talent, employee engagement, and people operations initiatives. Since joining FEG in 2022, she has played an important role in supporting the employee experience through benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations. Kaitlyn works closely with employees and leadership across the organization to help foster a positive, collaborative, and people-focused workplace.

Kaitlyn began her human resources career in 2019 and has gained experience across the consulting, software, and maintenance industries. In her role at FEG, she manages benefits and employee programs, serves as a resource for employees on topics including leave administration and payroll, and leads full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts. She also partners with the Finance team to support payroll operations and uses data and HR metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati, with a focus on talent development and a minor in Business Administration. She is actively involved in fostering FEG’s culture through participation in the Ambassador Program and the Volunteer, Wellness, and Social Committees. She also enjoys mentoring human resources students at Miami University. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting personal and professional development opportunities for others.
