Justin Haines

Justin Haines is an IT Systems Administrator at FEG, where he is responsible for managing and securing enterprise technology systems across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises infrastructure. He supports the firm’s day-to-day technology operations by deploying and maintaining endpoint solutions, administering identity and access controls, and implementing security policies designed to protect systems and data while supporting business objectives.

Justin brings experience across both cloud-based and hybrid technology environments, with a focus on system administration, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency. He works closely with internal teams and external technology partners to troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, enhance security, and support compliance initiatives. His collaborative approach helps ensure FEG’s technology environment remains reliable, secure, and scalable.

Justin’s areas of expertise include endpoint management, identity and access management, device compliance, and security policy implementation through Microsoft Intune and Group Policy. He is also experienced in automation and scripting, leveraging tools such as PowerShell to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency. Outside of work, Justin enjoys continuing his education in cybersecurity, exploring emerging technologies, and staying current with industry best practices in IT infrastructure and information security.
