G. Scott Tabor, CAIA
Director of Research - Private Equity
Scott Tabor is Director of Private Equity at FEG, where he leads research efforts focused on private equity investments. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring investment opportunities across private equity and venture capital strategies, as well as supporting portfolio construction and manager selection initiatives. With more than 20 years of investment experience, Scott works closely with advisors, investment managers, and clients to identify opportunities within the private markets landscape.
Prior to joining FEG in 2012, Scott served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he conducted due diligence and research on private equity and venture capital investments. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co., covering residential mortgage-backed securities and fixed income markets.
Scott earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a member of the CAIA Association. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and following collegiate and professional sports.
