Director of Research
Greg Houser is Director of Research at FEG, where he leads the firm’s research platform and helps guide the strategic direction of investment research across asset classes. He works closely with FEG's Chief Investment Officers, Portfolio Management Team, and firm leadership on capital markets analysis, research publications, market insights, and long-term strategic initiatives. Greg also chairs FEG’s Asset and Risk Allocation Team, helping align research activities with firmwide investment objectives and support investment decision-making across client portfolios.
Greg brings broad experience across multi-asset investing, capital markets, and risk allocation, along with a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance the research process. Prior to joining FEG, he served as a Vice President within Fixed Income at JPMorgan Investment Advisors, where he gained experience in fixed income markets, portfolio strategy, and investment analysis. His leadership helps connect research insights with portfolio construction, manager selection, and long-term investment implementation.
Greg earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and General Business from Miami University. He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations and is a member of the CFA Society Cincinnati, CFA Institute, and CAIA Association. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Greg has served as a Slalom Coach for the Miami University Water Ski Team since 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and following advancements in technology and artificial intelligence.
