Gianna Tremoulis

Gianna Tremoulis serves as FEG’s General Counsel focusing primarily on securities law, contract law, and employment law. Gianna joined FEG in 2014 and has since been involved in various projects and initiatives such as the firm’s acquisition of Larry Thompson & Associates in 2016 and FEG's transition to an ESOP structure in 2017. Gianna has been instrumental in helping FEG launch several private funds and hedge funds and continues to handle complex matters related to these investments.

Alongside her role as General Counsel, Gianna is a member of FEG’s Leadership Team, serves as the Secretary for the Board of Directors, the Firm’s ESOP Committee, and the Firm’s Risk Management Committee. She is involved in FEG’s Women in Investing Networking team, and FEG’s Mentorship Program.
Gianna’s memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Gianna received her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, improving her golf swing, vacationing to different beach destinations, and cheering on Cleveland and Cincinnati sports teams.
