Erin Humphrey

Erin Humphrey is Manager of the Operations, Client Service team at FEG, where she supports clients with a wide range of day-to-day operational needs, including portfolio rebalancing, cash management, capital call processing, and subscription documentation. She works closely with advisors, portfolio management professionals, and clients to help ensure investment programs are implemented efficiently and operational activities are executed accurately and seamlessly.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Erin brings extensive expertise in client service, investment operations, and process management. In addition to supporting clients directly, she plays an important role in developing and enhancing policies, procedures, and workflows that improve operational efficiency for both FEG and its clients. Prior to joining FEG, Erin held positions with Great American Financial, Wealth Planning Corporation, and FTJ FundChoice, where she developed a strong foundation in financial services operations and client support.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati. Her experience in investment operations, client service, and process improvement helps support the delivery of a high-quality client experience across FEG’s investment platform. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active in her community.
