Doug's responsibilities include guiding strategic initiatives, advisor support, overseeing team operations, and ensuring that client needs are consistently met at the highest standard. With nearly 30 years dedicated to client service, Doug has developed a deep understanding of how to support and strengthen client relationships.

Outside of work, Doug is committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work with his church, which has been a rewarding way to connect and contribute. Family is also central to his life, and he makes it a priority to spend quality time with them through sports, gardening, and other activities.

Doug's academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree in business with concentrations in finance and marketing. This combination has been instrumental in shaping his approach to problem-solving and leadership throughout his career.
