Dave Germain

With over twenty years of experience in the investment industry, Dave currently serves as Vice President, Institutional Portfolio Analysis. His role is multifaceted, focusing on delivering comprehensive portfolio analysis and leading the training of our outstanding team of Institutional Portfolio Analysts. At present, he manages a group of three IPAs, working closely with them to ensure they consistently provide exceptional support and insightful analysis for our clients. This collaborative approach enables us to maintain a high standard of excellence and adaptability across our work. In addition, he provides analytical and support services to both Advisory and OCIO clients, helping to deliver customized solutions that address the unique needs and goals of each client. Responsibilities span everything from strategic planning and project execution to client communication and cross-team coordination.

He is a graduate of Ohio State University, earning a degree in Finance. Dave has been deeply committed to fostering talent, encouraging professional growth, and maintaining rigorous analytical standards within our team. He is passionate about client service and believes that a strong collaborative environment is key to achieving meaningful results for the diverse organizations we support.
