Bryce Hajnik

Bryce Hajnik is an Investment Data Analyst at FEG and a member of the firm’s Portfolio Management Team. In this role, he supports investment decision-making, portfolio management, and operational efficiency through data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. He works closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support portfolio oversight, investment implementation, and organizational initiatives.

Bryce has developed a strong foundation in data analytics, programming, and business intelligence, with experience using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI. Prior to joining FEG, he completed internships with American Modern Insurance Group as a Specialty Clients Intern, Flynn & Company as a Data Specialist Intern, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati as a Data Engineering Intern. These experiences provided exposure to data analysis, engineering, and business operations, helping him develop a well-rounded technical skill set.

Bryce earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science. His passion for data, technology, and continuous learning supports his work in helping improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making across FEG’s investment platform. Outside of work, Bryce enjoys running, golfing, reading, and pursuing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
