Bethany Waleri

Bethany Waleri is a Client Development Specialist at FEG Investment Advisors, where she supports prospective clients throughout the firm’s business development process. In her role, she partners closely with internal teams and firm leadership to coordinate the final stages of engagement for potential investors and deliver a thoughtful, organized, and relationship-focused experience.

Originally from a small town outside of Cleveland, Bethany moved to Cincinnati to attend the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her degree in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration. Prior to joining FEG, she built a diverse professional background spanning human resources, university recruiting, and portfolio management support. Her experience in HR included partnering with higher education institutions to connect students and recent graduates with career opportunities while helping organizations build strong early talent pipelines.

Bethany also previously served as a Business Operations Specialist at 84.51°, where she supported project management initiatives, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within the company’s Strategy Office. In that role, she developed dashboards, coordinated strategic initiatives, and partnered with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights that informed business decisions.

She is passionate about relationship building, strategic coordination, and creating seamless experiences for prospective clients. Outside of work, Bethany enjoys traveling, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and their two French Bulldogs.
