Angela Utley

Angela Utley is an Assistant Vice President of Proposals at FEG, where she oversees the firm’s proposal development process and supports strategic business development initiatives. She manages complex request-for-proposal (RFP) efforts that support new client acquisition and long-term growth, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling, high-quality submissions. Angela also plays an important role in enhancing proposal strategy, improving workflows, and strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of FEG’s client development efforts.

Throughout her career at FEG, Angela has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement, advancing from administrative support roles to a leadership position within the firm’s proposal function. Her experience spans proposal management, process improvement, project coordination, and business development operations. She is recognized for her collaborative approach, ability to streamline processes, and dedication to mentoring team members while implementing scalable solutions that support organizational growth.
