Becky Wood serves as the Chairwoman of FEG’s Board of Directors. Previously FEG’s president and CEO, Becky assumed responsibility for all major decisions affecting the overall direction of the firm. She oversaw a spectrum of services, including the organization’s short- and long-term strategies, operational policies, and resource requirements. Additionally, Becky ensured FEG’s advisors were serving the needs of all clients in both the firm’s Consulting and OCIO divisions. Prior to this role, Becky was head of FEG’s Institutional Services, overseeing the firm’s advisors and analysts.

Becky began her career in investments as a financial analyst in the Equity Capital Markets Department at CS First Boston Corporation; however, her passion for giving back eventually led her to join FEG. Becky dedicated nearly three decades to providing investment services to FEG’s nonprofit and institutional clients in pursuit of their missions. Her breadth of experience in institutional investing and her passion for the success of community-focused organizations enableded her to develop countless effective investment programs over the years.

In addition to her position on FEG’s Board of Directors, Becky also serves on the boards of the American Red Cross Greater Cincinnati Tri-state, the Association for Corporate Growth Cincinnati, and the Sustained Dialogue Institute. Becky is an active member of the Finance Board of Executive Advisors at Xavier University, her alma mater, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Arts and Science.

During her time as president and CEO, Beck was committed to fostering a positive and inclusive culture at FEG. Her genuine enthusiasm for great performance and optimistic energy inspired the entire staff to strive for personal and professional excellence.

Becky rarely stays still; when she is not hiking, biking, or playing pickleball, you can find her engaging with the community on topics like education, the arts, and animal welfare. She is an avid traveler and has visited most, if not all, of the country’s national parks. She also spends her time in fellowship with friends, family, and her community. She encourages and supports inclusion in all interactions—professional and personal.
