As a 100-percent employee-owned firm with 16 highly involved owners, FEG is structured as a broad equity ownership to endure for the long term. We are able to attract and retain outstanding investment professionals; the average tenure of one of our professionals is more than 10 years.

PORTFOLIO CONSTRUCTION LEADERS

While many rival firms offer portfolio construction, we stay ahead of the curve. We have a unique approach to asset allocation, built on Harry Markowitz’s Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT), but addressing some of its shortcomings in handling risk. By understanding and diversifying the sources of risk, we believe investors can better reduce portfolio risks, such as insufficient liquidity and excess leverage or debt.
