RFP Response Coordinator
Position Summary
The RFP Response Coordinator is responsible for generating proposals for prospective institutional clients to help FEG win new business and support existing client relationships.
Position Responsibilities
- Generate proposals for prospective institutional clients.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, investment research, legal, compliance and other professionals to assemble and maintain proposal content.
- Draft and edit questionnaire responses, maintain inventory of responses and other firm level data.
- Coordinate compliance reviews and approval.
- Coordinate proposal delivery with sales and senior investment consultants.
- Monitor results and related metrics.
Qualifications

- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong time management skills, highly organized and attentive to details.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Prior RFP experience and/ or institutional investment industry experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.

Sr. Accounting Associate, Accounting Dept
Position Summary
Primary job duties and responsibilities include preparing accounts receivable invoices, various journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Position Responsibilities
- Prepare accounts receivable invoices, record invoices and revenue accruals
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Perform various balance sheet reconciliations
- Record fixed asset purchases and maintain the fixed asset ledger
Qualifications
- Requires some college classes in accounting
- Five or more years of experience in the areas of accounting, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
