Business Intelligence Systems Analyst

Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Systems Analyst will work as an extension of the Information Technology Department collecting end users’ data needs and assist in converting those needs into Business Intelligence solutions ranging from traditional SSRS reporting to interactive dashboard solutions derived from our Microsoft SQL Data Warehouse.

Position Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position will be in the development and maintenance of business intelligence applications and systems to enhance decision making capabilities within the firm. The individual will work with end users to analyze business systems and assist in documenting any requests identified. The person will also assist in helping end users resolve general technical problems. This position will work closely with the Data Warehouse Manager to ensure overall database structure.

Qualifications

A familiarity with Business Intelligence concepts and practices, knowledge of relational databases, client-server design, network architecture, and related tools is required. This position will require three (3) tosix (6) years of experience in a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.

Client Service Associate - FEG Managed Portfolios

Position Summary

The Client Service Associate, FEG Managed Portfolios, is to provide day-to-day support to Institutional accounts to discretionary client relationships. The position requires coordinating activities with firm operations staff, custodian banks, client staff, and resolving various account specific administrative and operational problems. The position reports to the Client Service Manager.

Position Responsibilities

  •  Assist with the client onboarding process, including:  
    • Setting up the client relationship in internal CRM and portfolio accounting systems
    • Coordinating account set up at the client custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
    • Facilitating fund flows for the transition of new funds and assets
  • Serving as point of contact for client relationships.  This includes activities such as:
    • Managing and processing client requests, including changes to asset allocation, liquidity needs, and capital call requests
    • Interfacing with client custodians regarding any client issues as well as updating and tracking authorized agents
    • Reviewing custody statements with clients and ensuring accuracy on reported items (e.g., cost basis reporting)
    • Coordinating stock gifts for our non-profit clients
    • Responding to other general requests for information
    • Other activities include:  
      • Assuming responsibility for any periodic reporting requirements
      • Fulfilling any audit requests that require client information
      • Distributing information (educational materials, etc.) to internal consultants
      • Facilitating conference calls between the portfolio management team and internal consultants and/ or client

Compliance Manager

Position Summary

FEG is seeking an experienced Compliance Professional to serve as the primary contact for advertising and marketing review. Position will be responsible for ensuring that all firm collateral is compliant with the applicable rules and regulations. This position will also serve as the Firm’s Business Continuity and Privacy Liaison and will be responsible for implementing Compliance Training programs. In addition, responsibilities will include maintaining and keeping current on disclosures, quarterly and annual Compliance testing, familiarity with Form ADV, and other SEC regulatory filings.

Previous knowledge of mutual, hedge, and private funds, as well as performance reporting is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and approve marketing materials including website, advertisements, RFPs, Finals pitches, presentations, brochures, and other collateral
  • Assist in maintaining the firm’s Code of Ethics and Personal Securities Reporting
  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in completing quarterly and annual testing for the organization, including hedge and private funds
  • Serve as the Company’s Business Continuity and Privacy Liaison 
  • Maintain and edit Company disclosures and ensure they are being appropriately used
  • Other Compliance projects assigned by the CCO, as needed

Marketing Analyst

Position Summary

The Marketing Analyst position is responsible for researching clients, developing strategic value propositions, and crafting custom presentations to acquire new clients. This position requires the analyst to lead team members from all levels of the organization, including consultants and sales representatives. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills are essential. Position Responsibilities

  • Research prospective and existing client opportunities, utilizing web searches, database subscriptions, and internal databases.
  • Facilitate information gathering and relationship building with prospective and existing clients.
