Robert Weideling

Robert Weideling is a Senior Portfolio Management Associate at FEG, where he supports portfolio construction, manager selection, and investment implementation across client portfolios. He works closely with FEG’s Portfolio Management and Research teams to evaluate investment opportunities, develop portfolio recommendations, and help ensure portfolios remain aligned with clients’ long-term objectives.

Robert joined FEG in 2021 and spent four years on the firm’s Real Assets Research team, where he conducted investment research and due diligence across real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources strategies. During that time, he developed experience in evaluating investment managers, analyzing portfolio opportunities, and assessing market trends across both public and private real asset markets. His analytical skills and broad investment knowledge led to his transition to the Portfolio Management Team, where he expanded his coverage to include equities, fixed income, real assets, and diversifying strategies.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and pursuing a variety of outdoor activities.
