Raj Bawa

Raj Bawa serves as a Senior Product & Performance Analyst at FEG, where he supports the firm’s client development initiatives through investment performance analysis, portfolio insights, and data-driven solutions. Partnering closely with the Marketing, Sales, Portfolio Management, and Advisory teams, he helps shape FEG’s performance strategy and messaging for prospective clients. He develops performance reporting and analytical solutions that strengthen client relationships, support business development efforts, and enhance the firm’s competitive positioning.

With more than a decade of experience in the investment advisory industry, Raj brings a diverse background spanning client development, client service, and investment analytics. He has developed expertise in performance measurement, portfolio analysis, and strategic communications, translating complex investment results into clear, compelling insights that support client engagement and business growth.

At FEG, Raj serves on both the Volunteer Committee and the BRIDGE Committee. He is also actively involved in the Cincinnati community, serving on the boards of Give Back Cincinnati and Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum. Outside of work, Raj enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, international travel, and exploring America’s national parks.
