Lisa Golden is a business development and proposal management professional with nearly 25 years of experience in the investment industry, including more than 21 years at FEG. As Senior Proposal Analyst, she supports the firm's strategic growth initiatives, partnering with key professionals across the organization to advance new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Lisa serves on FEG's Business Process Excellence Group, helping improve workflows and enhance efficiency across the firm. She is also recognized as an AI Power User and Microsoft Teams Power User, championing technology solutions that strengthen collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

A dedicated advocate for employee engagement and organizational culture, Lisa previously served as Head of FEG's Culture Committee, partnering with firm leadership to advance initiatives that fostered connection, collaboration, and a strong sense of community. She was instrumental in developing and launching FEG's Mentorship Program, creating opportunities for professional growth and knowledge sharing. She also contributed to the success of the FEG Investment Forum for more than a decade, leading external speaker coordination and serving as the primary liaison for presenters.
