Is the site easy to use?
Yes. Once you log in, all reports and materials will be clearly visible from your home page. You may either view materials online or download them to your computer.
What information is available on the site?

- Investment Manager Materials -- Memos, Searches
- Other Documents (e.g., correspondence)
Will I be able to post materials to this site?
No.
How do I register?

How long will the registration process take?
The registration process should only take you a few minutes. Within two weeks of completing the registration process, you will receive your user ID and password in the mail.
When will my materials be posted to the site?
Your materials will be posted within two weeks of the registration. Ongoing materials will be posted as they are available.
Once I'm registered, how do I access the site?
FEG will mail you a user ID and password. Once you have this login information, visit any page on our website (www.feg.com) and look for the client login button at the top right of the screen.
What happens if I can’t access the website?
Please notify your consultant.
Will more than one user be able to access the site?
Yes. Your primary contact determines who is eligible to access the site.
Will all board / committee members receive their own personal login information?
No. Only one user ID and password will be issued to the primary contact.
If we have board member or staff turnover, can we change our user ID and password?
Yes. Please notify your consultant.
Is the site secure?
Yes. It is a fully encrypted site. You will only be able to access the site with the correct user ID and password.
