Client Service Associate Document Management Coordinator Reporting Analyst
Position: Client Service Associate
Type: Full Time/Exempt

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
A dynamic, growth-oriented investment advisory firm headquartered in Cincinnati seeks a Client Service Associate within the FEG/Managed Portfolios department. This position will assist clients, primarily institutional investors, through the onboarding process, provide ongoing client service, and serve as an internal liaison to our investment consultants.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the client onboarding process, including:
- Setting up the client relationship in internal CRM and portfolio accounting systems
- Coordinating account set up at the client custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
- Facilitating fund flows for the transition of new funds and assets
- Serving as point of contact for client relationships. This includes activities such as:
- Managing and processing client requests, including changes to asset allocation, liquidity needs and capital call requests
- Interfacing with client custodians regarding any client issues as well as updating and tracking authorized agents
- Reviewing custody statements with clients and ensuring accuracy on reported items (e.g., cost basis reporting)
- Coordinating stock gifts for our non profit clients
- Responding to other general requests for information
- Other activities include:
- Assuming responsibility for any periodic reporting requirements
- Fulfilling any audit requests that require client information
- Distributing information (educational materials, etc.) to internal consultants
- Facilitating conference calls between the portfolio management team and internal consultants and/ or clients
Qualifications
The qualified Client Service Associate must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in the investment management industry. The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Other desired traits include specific client service experience and knowledge of client custody and account management systems.
Position: Document Management Coordinator
Type: Part-time

Reports To: Senior Administrator
A dynamic, growth-oriented financial services firm headquartered in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Document Management Coordinator. This position will directly interact with investment consultant teams to prepare client deliverables.
Specific responsibilities will include the following:
- Reporting Cycle
- Operation and maintenance of a Print Command Station
- Assemble client deliverables
- Non-Reporting Cycle
- Oversight of offsite document inventory
- Oversight of electronic statement system
- Responsible for maintenance of printers and inventory of printing supplies
- Projects
- Conversion of network directory to SharePoint
- Assist consultant teams in efforts to manage document flow electronically
- Perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically mentioned
Here in that may arise in the normal course of business
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have experience with Microsoft and Adobe applications and familiarty with production color printers. The candidate must be detail-oriented, motivated and possess strong organizational skills.
Hours
This position is part-time. Prospective hire will be required to work full-time hours for 4-6 weeks every quarter during the Reporting Cycle. Non-Reporting responsibilities will require 20 hours per week with flexibility on scheduling. The role should average 25-30 hours per week for the year.

Reports To: Vice President – Performance Reporting
A dynamic, growth-oriented financial services firm headquartered in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Reporting Analyst. This position will directly interact with investment consultant teams to prepare performance reports for clients.
Specific responsibilities will include the following.
- Reporting Season
- History completion for group of consultant teams
- Identify source of problems and resolve accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with managers and custodians on issues
- Reconcile manager and composite performance
- Explain differences in returns effectively to consultant teams so they can answer any client inquiries
- Non-Reporting Season
- History completion monthly
- Notify consultant teams of manager changes identified
- Follow up with any outstanding issues regarding consulting team questions on reconciliations
- Database upkeep with manager/custodian contact changes
- Historical history creation and reconciliation for new clients
- Assist consultant teams on Data Collection
- Collect and update benchmark and mutual fund data (returns, sectors, characteristics)
- Utilize Bloomberg, Rimes, eVestment Alliance programs
Qualifications
The qualified Reporting Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree; familiarity with the investment industry preferred. The candidate must be detail-oriented, motivated and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Other desired traits include problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Candidate should possess proficient computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software.
Hours
This position is part-time. Prospective hire will be expected to work a 30-hour work week with flexibility on scheduling.
